There are many myths about rowing:
You have to row in the morning. (Not true. We have morning and evening programs.)
You have to be tall. (Not true. We have rowers of all ages, shapes and sizes.)
You have to be "in shape" or "athletic." (Not true. Rowing is a low-impact, full-body workout that helps get you in shape. If you consider yourself to be athletic, that's great, but as an LGBTQ+ rowing club, we're not big on labels or stereotypes.)
